The Union Label Group has announced a bunch of tours. Flashlight Brown will be douing a string of dates in western Canada supporting Grade starting May 20th. Belvedere has been invited to support the Suicide Machines on a three week US tour of the (with the usual Canadian stop-overs). That tour gets under way on June 14th in San Diego, CA. Meanwhile Belvedere will play the GRIND tour with the Satanic Surfers beginning Friday May 17th in Victoria. On the Stomp Records front, the All-Skanadian tour featuring the Kingpins, General Rudie and Chris Murray begins today in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Check out the Union's tour page for more info and specific dates. The Union Label Group has also announced that Stomp Records will be signing Bedouin Soundclash from Kingston Ontario. The band is said to "combine modern urban sounds with classic reggae fundamentals." Their debut CD "Root Fire" is hitting the streets on Tuesday, June 14th.
