Swedish hardcore act, Raised Fist has been nominated for a Swedish Grammi-Award for their new album Veil of Ignorance. The band had the following statement:
We dont know if it's because of Christmas, because of the dark powers or any other influential force. But the new album "Veil Of Ignorance" has been nominated for a Swedish Grammi-award (Hardrock). We know that Raised Fist knows how to rock, and we also know that they are harder then all the other nominated bands mothers. But still we could not imagine the recordindustry (IFPI) nominating a band so obviously open for filesharing. They probably didn't dare to do anything else.

The album in question was released on Burning Heart in Europe but is currently only available to the U.S. via iTunes.
