Even though Polyvinyl Records' Aloha is still on tour, they are sans vibraphonist for the time being. Why? Apparently vibraphonist Eric's girlfriend went into labor early as the band drove to Madison a few days ago, so Eric hopped on the first plane out of O'Hare to make it to the birth in time. We'd like to congratulate Eric and his girlfriend for the birth of their new daughter Mina. Meanwhile, Aloha, being the road warriors they are, are still trying to finish up the tour.
