Alternative Press has revealed the current plans from The Promise Ring. The band is currently set to play two reunion shows in 2012, in Milwaukee, WI and Chicago, IL. Tickets for both shows will go on sale Friday, November 25th. While no other shows are currently planned, drummer Dan Didier says they will look into more shows in 2012.

In addition to the two shows, the band will be releasing an album of rarities on Dangerbird Records in the summer. The collection will notably feature outtakes and demos from the recording sessions for the band's 2002 swan song, Wood/Water.
