Exclaim recently unviled details on the new project from Nardwuar the Human Serviette and his band The Evaporators. The eclectic group will be releasing a compilation album titled Busy Doing Nothing, a Vancouver themed set which will feature the Evaporatos and a number of guests performing cover songs, new originals and collaborations. Guests on the record include Andrew W.K., The Cribs, Kate Nash, Franz Ferdinand, Faud & the Feztones, Sage Francis, Xual Zan, Megan Barnes and Jill Barber. The group covers songs from influential past Vancouver acts such as Cub and the Pointed Sticks Busy Doing Nothing hist stores on March 6th via Mint Records and Nardwuar's eponymous label. More importantly, Nardwuar's pictured here wearing the uniform of Guardian of Alpha Flight fame, and we think that's just awesome.
