Alt Press are reporting that All-American Rejects frontman Tyson Ritter smashed a fan's iPad during Tuesday's show in Cleveland.

Apparently Ritter totaled the popular consumer device, on stage, before giving the fan $1,000 in cash. As if that wasn't peculiar enough, it has also been alleged that Rejects' guitarist Mike Kennerty hit Jimmy Davis, a local photographer who was covering the show. Davis was taken backstage after the show, where Kennerty is said to have apologised repeatedly.

Rumours that All-American Rejects prefer Android tablets are as yet unconfirmed. More when we have it.
