The controversial case against former Cro-Mags member Harley Flanagan is apparently falling apart. We first reported about the incident in July where Flanagan was accused of allegedly stabbed current Cro-Mags bassist, Mike "The Gook" Couls at the venue before being subdued by security and hauled away by police. On Friday, it was reported that the court case against Harley had been pushed back until December and Vice is reporting that the government's case against the musician "isn't coming together."
Harley is charge with a count of criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of assault in the second degree but no grand jury has been convened yet, and the charges are only valid until December 8th.
