Fort Collins, CO's Elway and Philadelphia, PA's The Holy Mess are releasing their latest full-lengths, Delusions and Cande Ru Las Degas , on vinyl for the first time. Punknews.org has teamed up with Red Scare Industries to give one lucky reader a chance to win both of the releases.
