British singer Morrissey has been hospitalized, reports Billboard, and has been forced the cancel several dates on his current North American tour. Moz has been diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer, but doctors expect him to make a full recovery.

In the meantime, though, he has canceled all of his upcoming shows until February 9th, where the tour will resume in Las Vegas, NV. Rescheduled dates are to be announced in the coming days.
