Steve Klein, who was asked to leave New Found Glory in December, has been charged with sexual conduct with a minor and Child Pornography offenses. The former New Found Glory guitarist is charged with two counts of lewd conduct with a minor under the age of 14, three counts of lewd conduct with a minor 14 or 15, one count of intent to commit lewd act with a minor, and one count of possession of child pornography. Apparently, he was charged on the same day that he left the band. His next hearing is on March 20. He is currently pleading not guilty.
