Fans in South America, save your pesos (Chilean, Argentine and Colombian) as well as your reis (Brazil), because Foo Fighters are coming your way in January of 2015. The band, which will be releasing its eighth album, Sonic Highways, on November 10, 2014 via Sony/RCA, recently played a crowdsourced show in Richmond, VA where frontman Dave Grohl recounted his first experience seeing local heroes (by way of Antarctica), GWAR. GWAR drummer Jizmak Da Gusha revealed after the show just how close Grohl had been to certain destruction at the alien's hands.
