Former MP3 Of The Week band The Heist has had to change their name for legal reasons. The band is now called Scraps and Heart Attacks, which was also the title of The Heist's first 7". Pastepunk & Punkbands reported earlier this week that the Long Island group has signed with Triple Crown Records and are readying a fall release. An official announcement of the signing has yet to go public.
