Danzig is recording a new album. The band is currently in LA laying down base tracks with Glenn Danzig himself, Tommy Victor and John Kelly. This will be the band's first new album of original material since Deth Red Sabaoth in 2010. The group plans on a late 2015 or early 2016 release.

The band also notes that this new album is not the previously announced covers album. It appears that release is either done or nearly done, as the band has announced a tentative late spring release for that material. This follows the announcement of a 12-inch single of "Black Hell" and a re-issue of "Who Killed Marilyn." We'll let you know when these records are actually released.
