The mighty Pitchfork has reported the rescheduled Q and Not U tour dates. The band had to postpone it's April / May tour after drummer John Davis broke his foot while playing hockey. The band is now set to his the road in late May. Click below for the 14 announced dates (including some Canadian shows). Other bands sharing the stage on various dates include Light the Fuse and Run, Transistor Transistor, Van Johnson and French Toast, with Dischord labelmates Black Eyes set to join the fall shows. Their website reports a massive tour of "around 6 1/2 weeks and we'll be hitting every corner of the U.S., which is the first time we're ever doing that on a tour. So, we should be able to make up every show we missed this spring except for a couple. We'll be getting those in November and December, hopefully."
Q and Not U's website is also reported that the band is working on new material to follow-up last year's "Different Damage," with a single released in time for their fall tour dates (which are not yet announced). They should be set to record the new full length by the end of the year.
