Martin Shkreli, who recently paid $2 million for the one-of-a-kind copy of Wu-Tang Clan's Once Upon a Time in Shaolin has been arrested for securities fraud. In case you didn't know, Shkreli is also the guy who recently raised the price of a generic drug used to treat HIV and other ailments from $13.50 to $750 a pill. Shkreli was arrested this morning for securities fraud, related to transactions of Retrophin Inc., a company he founded, but was ousted from in 2011. Shkrel has been accused of an "elaborate shell game" intended to defraud investors. His previous company, MSMB capital, lost millions. If he is found guilty of securities fraud, the Wu-Tang record may be forfeited from his ownership and once again put back up on the auction block.
