X has announced a 40th anniversary tour. The band will be playing for four days straight in a few cities. Each night has a different opening act, though the band did not say if their set lists would different between each night. Original members DJ Bonebrake, Billy Zoom, John Doe and Exene Cervenka are still in the band. Supplementing the group will be Craig Packham who will fill in on drums and rhythm guitar while Billy Zoom plays the saxophone and DJ Bonebrake plays the vibraphone during certain songs.
