Louiche Mayorga, who was on the first two Suicidal Tendencies records, and now runs his own "Luicidal" band, has filed a lawsuit against Frontier Records, the rights holder to the band's first album. Mayorga says Lisa Fancher, the label founder, has not paid him proper royalties. he further says that after he repeatedly asked for royalties, he was sent a check for an "arbitrary amount." Mayorga further claims that he has never received a royalty statement. Frontier/Fancher have not yet filed an Answer or responsive pleading to the Complaint.
