Post-hardcore band Balance and Composure announced they will be releasing a limited 7-inch on Record Store day (April 22, 2017). The release is called Slow Heart and is limited to 1000 copies as RSD limited run and regional focus release. The 7-inch will include two unreleased tracks from their 2016 released titled Light We Made .
