Today, Punknews is pleased to debut the new tune by Toby Foster.

"The Settling" is off Foster's first solo album in 7 years (lately, he's been recording with his band High Dive). His new tune walks a fine line between punk, college rock, and 70s hardcore. The track kicks off with a driving riff that is almost reminiscent of Thin Lizzy before folding into a melodic reflection. If Spoonboy and Phil Lynott jammed, it might sound like this.
