In September, the members of Polish death metal band Decapitated were arrested in Santa Ana for an incident that took place in Washington state. Shortly thereafter, the band was accused of crimes related to kidnapping and rape. The band subsequently denied the allegations. On Monday night, 27-year-old drummer Michal Lysejko and 35-year-old guitarist Waclaw Kieltyka were extradited from a LA jail to Spokane county. The other two members, 31-year-old singer Rafal Piotrowski and 30-year-old bassist Hubert Wiecek are to be transported at a later date. Currently, The band is charged with kidnapping and gang raping a woman on their tour bus following an August 31 concert. The band's attorney recently released a statement. Attorney Steven Graham stated: "We have witnesses that can testify to the fact that the accuser came to visit the band of her own free will and left on good terms. The accuser has a documented history of providing false information to the police dating back to 2014."
