The Fire Theft Touring This Fall

Billboard is reporting that Foo Fighters bassist Nate Mendel will join his former Sunny Day Real Estate bandmates in The Fire Theft for the band's upcoming North American tour. Dates for the tour begin on September 26th in Vancouver. During Foo Fighters downtime Mendel record with The Fire Theft for their self-titled debut, due October 7th on Rykodisc.
