La Sera have announced their first show in two years. On December 9, the band will be opening for Nancy Wilson of Heart for the KXMas show at the Irvine Bowl in Laguna Beach. The band last played as a full unit in November 2016, though they did play a short, stripped down set without guitarist Todd Wisenbaker in May 2018. Springtime Carnivore, which features Greta Morgan is also playing the same show. La Sera's Katy Goodman and Morgan previously released a punk covers LP that recontexualized two handfuls of punk classics. The last La Sera release was Queens [EP] in 2016.
