In case any of you are wondering about the sudden lack of news postings in the last 24 hours, it's because a significant chunk of the United States and Canada was in a six hour blackout yesterday. I still don't have cable internet access so I'm using a friend's dialup account to post this. We're hoping things will be back to normal within 24 hours. I spent most of yesterday reading magazines with candles.
Those of you on the West Coast of the U.S. and the rest of the world, feel free to point and laugh. Except Baghdad; they don't have much electricity either. So there. ADAM @ 1:00 PM EST: I'm in Waterloo and finally have power / internet. My home in Guelph is likely still in the dark. Expect some updates on Saturday.
