us with an update from Toronto's Insurgence Records. The label has signed Montreal's The Prowlers. The Oi! outfit will head into the studio this September to record their Insurgence debut. The group has previously released material on Germany's Mad Butcher Records. 

In other Insurgence news, Baltimore, Maryland's Fighting Chance will also head into the studio this September to record their followup to Thus Hope Fades. Look for an early 2004 release date. Look for Montreal's Fate2Hate to enter the studio sometime this fall as well.
