Earlier this year, Canarchy Craft Brewery Collective’s Oskar Blues Brewery (located in Colorado) released a beer called Guns N' Rose. The band Guns 'n' Roses didn't like that, so they sent the brewery a cease and desist, which surprisingly, the brewery ignored. so, Guns 'n' Roses filed a trademark suit against the brewery. On July 31, the case settled. The details of the settlement were not disclosed, but it appears the brewery will no longe rbe selling the beer or related apparel items.
