According to NBC7 and CNN, the Navy has confirmed that the three videos leaked by Tom Delonge and and his alien research organization To the Stars Academy over the past two years, do indeed show UFOs. (As you may know, UFO does not necessarily mean "alien." It merely means that a flying object has not been identified.)

Speaking to CNN, Navy spokesperson Joe Gradisher said that the objects seen in three clips of declassified military footage are "unidentified aerial phenomena." However, he further points out that "The Navy has not publicly released characterizations or descriptions, nor released any hypothesis or conclusions, in regard to the objects contained in the referenced videos.” Gardisher further stated, "This is all about frequent incursions into our training ranges by UAPs. Those incursions present a safety hazard to the safe flight of our aviators and the security of our operations."
