The Bronx's van was hit by a drunk driver in Detroit. Here's the account from their website:

detriot "rock city". more like detroit "we got rocked" city. a drunk driver launched ramped over a grassy knoll and landed in the middle of our van doing 90. our van is completely trashed. the idiot that hit us actually got out of his car that was upside down and took off running. good move. now we can sue his ass. our bass player tweedy was in the van at the time and thankfully he is ok. he looked great with glass and mud packed all over his face too.

we would like to take this time to do something we never do, which is to thank the distillers for turning around and coming back for us, and taking us on their tour bus to finish the last 2 days of the tour. good people.

The band is headed over to Europe with the Distillers after playing a Tarantulas CMJ showcase with The Explosion at CBGB. Click below for the info and check out a review of their debut full length here.
