Mexico-based music festival Off Limits has announced its first wave lineup for this year. Gorilla Biscuits, Get The Shot, War On Women, Candy, Escuela Grind, PEARS, Sudarshana, Flores y Fuego, and Grito will be playing the festival. Off Limits will take place on October 7 at Centro de Convenciones Tlatelolco in Mexico City.
