Swedish melodic punk band Adhesive has parted ways with guitarist Mathias. This comes from the bands webpage… "We are sorry to say that Mathias has decided to leave Adhesive. After playing with us since 1994, (with a short break in between) he felt that his passion for the band was gone. We respect his decision, and there are absolutely no hard feelings between us. We wish him good luck with his family, and that maybe, someday in the future, he will reconsider his decision. As for Adhesive, we will continue as a trio for the time being. We have not decided whether we are going to look for a new guitarist or not, but replacing Mathias isn't the easiest thing to accomplish, so most likely we will go on as a trio in the future as well. Adhesive will continue the mission…" Adhesive will take part in a split CD with other melodic punk bands from around the globe called, "Across The Waters" on Smallman Records. The album also includes CHOKE, LAYAWAY PLAN, ASTREAM. Expect that record this winter.
