Pelado Records has signed Boston's Red Invasion. The band is gearing up for a summer full length release. The group will spend most of March writing and may be doing some basement demos. If that material is recorded it will be up on their website.

In other Pelado news, the label will have two bands appearing at this year's SXSW. The Kickz will play on March 17th at Beerland for a Pelado/Mortville Records showcase. As previously announced The Ends will be at Beerland on the 19th for the Dirtnap showcase. Also, The Blatant Finger and Rabid Dogs have both completed their upcoming full lengths. Look for these in stores this spring.
