On Thursday, June 3rd the Lansdowne Street block party will take place in Boston as part of the Best Music Poll 2004, hosted by the Boston Phoenix and 101.7 FNX. The event will feature performances on the street and in the Avalon, Axis and Bills Bar. Local Boston punk acts playing include The Explosion, The Lot Six, Street Dogs and The Unseen. Other bands to appear include The Rapture, The Von Bondies, Midtown, The Fire Theft, Violent Femmes and Presidents Of The United States Of America among others.
