Oakville, ON's Black Box Recordings has signed The Wolfnote and Rosesdead.

The Wolfnote is following up the release of their EP on Farway Records last year, titled Si! Si! Si!, with a new record due June 28th. It will be titled This Is The Getdown and will be supported by a national tour. The label's describing it as "combining the rhythm and melody of Hot Hot Heat, and the passion and aggression of Refused."

Rosedead are set to release a 3 song EP followed by a full length record in early 2005. They'll be on the road this summer with The Chariot, Fallen Year, and select Canadian dates on the A Life Once Lost/Misery Signals tour.
