Pitch Black are currently recording the follow up their 2002 released self titled debut in San Francisco. The record will be titled This Is The Modern Sound and is expected sometime this coming winter from Revelation Records. This will also be the band's first album with new keyboardist Jeremy Goody. Here's what the label had to say about the work in progress:

This album will truly represent the Modern Sound and will run about 40 minutes, have great diversity in song structure and recording styles from track to track, and promises to blow doors off of anything Pitch Black has ever released.
