Australia's The Living End have launched the first single from their forthcoming followup to the 2004 release, Modern ARTillery, which had first appeared late in 2003 in the band's native country.

The band will release the album in February 2006. Before that, they will join the Australia/New Zealand Big Day Out festival with AFI, White Stripes, Iggy and the Stooges, Franz Ferdinand, Kings of Leon, The Mars Volta, Sleater-Kinney, Youth Group and many others.
