CKY has parted ways with Island Records. The band, who supported Avenged Sevenfold earlier this year, had this to say:

It's a great feeling to be free. It only took 3 years of us constantly talking shit to finally get them to let us drop them! This is an exciting time for us, there will be lots of cool projects in the future. We got volume 1 back! Hopefully in the coming months we will release volume 1 again with a bonus disc of lots of extras.

The band released An Ånswer Can be Found last year, and before that, Infiltrate Destroy Rebulld.
