Foo Fighters and The All-American Rejects are among the bands lined up to pay tribute to Kiss, Queen, Def Leppard and Judas Priest at the first -annual VH1 Rock Honors Concert. All proceeds from the event benefit VH1's Save The Music Foundation, which works to restore music programs in U.S. Public Schools.

The VH1 Rock Honors Concert takes place Thursday, May 25 at 8pm. The event will air on VH1 Wednesday, May 31st at 9 pm, EST. The show will happen at The Mandalay Bay Events center at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
