Vagrant act, the Lemonheads and its alter ego Evan Dando, recently visited AOL to record an acoustic set and answer some questions about the upcoming album. The band will be releasing the self-titled album - their eighth - on September 26th, 2006. The album was produced by Bill Stevenson, who also performed on the album along with his Descendents/ALL bandmate Karl Alvarez.

Originally formed in the 80s, the band released three albums on Taang - home of Poison Idea and Slapshot, before signing to Atlantic and achieving mainstream success. From 1998 to 2004, the Lemonheads were on hiatus and the new record is their first in a decade.
