us that some of the bands for this year's Reading and Leeds Festival have been announced. The shows take place on August 22nd - 24th in merry ol' England and as always attract bands from all types of rock-related genras. This year includes sets from buzz bands The Mars Volta, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Streets AFI and The White Stripes. Mainstream pop punk is represented by blink-182, Sum 41 and Good Charlotte. Other acts include Blur, Beck, Metallica, Placebo, Doves, Elbow, The Music, System Of A Down, Linkin Park and Courtney Love.
